BLU & PERCY getting some good quality time with my (Jamie's) daughter yesterday. My tiny helper comes to the shop almost every evening while I finish up the last dogs. She loves your pups almost as much as I do and she's really good at keeping them happy 😇 hopefully she wants to work here for real when she's older!

Join our 5-star grooming salon and work in a calm, comfortable and cooperative environment with amazing clients and incredible dogs.

✨ Schedule Options:
Option 1: 4 half days — Sunday–Wednesday, 9am–2pm (3–4 dogs per day)
Option 2: 2 full days — Sunday & Monday, 9am–7pm (6+ dogs per day)

✨ What We Offer:
• Flexible schedule during 4 day work week (Sunday–Wednesday)
• Commission-based pay (based on experience & skill)
• 1 grooming expo per year expenses paid
• Continued education opportunities
• A clean, well-equipped shop with electric tub and grooming tables
• Front desk support staff
• Loyal, wonderful clients (our shop hasn’t accepted new clients since October because we’re so full!)

🐶 Our Environment:
• One-on-one grooming
• Fear-free, force-free, kennel-free philosophy
• Groomers handle their own bathing, prep, and grooming

✂️ Expectations:
• Groom 6 dogs per day (including bath dogs)
• Minimum 2 years grooming experience
• Must be comfortable grooming all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Drug-free workplace
• Looking for someone driven and committed to grooming as a long-term career
• Must truly love dogs
• Must have your own hand tools

Somehow, someway, our little groom shop is THREE years old.
Three years of hair in our coffee, soap in our shoes, dog hair in places it absolutely shouldn’t be, slobbery kisses, puppy's first visit, senior's final visit, every day glow-ups, and the absolute joy of seeing your dogs trot back in like “LET ME SEE MY FRIENDS"
This shop exists for one reason: your dogs.
The trust you give us, the kind words, the loyalty, the “they look great and smell clean” texts—those mean everything. Hearing how happy you are to see them at pickup is the best part.
All we really want is to keep showing up, loving on your dogs, doing work we’re proud of, and hearing that you’re happy. That’s it. That’s the dream.

Thank you for letting us be a small part of your dogs’ lives, but thank you even more for letting them be some of the best parts of our lives. We love our clients ❤️

🚨 Shop Update 🚨
Our scheduler / phone-answerer / front-desk wizard / shop owner / errand runner / door opener / maintenance lady Tina is currently out with a back injury from helping an old dog. At this time, we don’t know when she’ll be back. Please send her healing vibes.

In the meantime, our groomers are running around like headless chickens, answering texts, checking dogs in, checking dogs out, grooming, walk in nail trims, giving advice, and trying to remember what day it is all while loving on your dogs.

Please know we are doing our absolute clucking best 🐓💛
Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding while we hold the coop together without our biggest assistant.
