Harper and I picked up the cutest hitchhiker today on our way home 😊 sweet Maisie is back for another week of lots of play, rest & relaxation! If we are in the area and your pet is on the schedule for boarding, we don't mind picking them up!

Next week is going to be a busy one! If you are scheduled for boarding please be sure to arrive on time, pickup and drop off times for Monday - Friday 8-9am & 3-4pm and weekends 8-9am only.

📣 We are back into the full swing of softball with Harper, this is why, we have made hours a bit more strict, it gives us time to get to practices and games on time.

Way to go Penny! 🏆 Only 5 Dobermans over 150 years have ever won Westminster!! We love this breed so much, that we have 3 of our own 🫣

DOBERMAN “PENNY” JUST MADE WESTMINSTER HISTORY — AND THE CROWD LOST IT.
Out of roughly 2,500 dogs across 200+ breeds, Penny took Best in Show at the landmark 150th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Even wilder: this is the first Doberman win since 1989 — and the handler tonight was the same legend, Andy Linton, who won back then with another Doberman. Penny, just 4 years old, delivered a razor-sharp performance that had the arena cheering at the final note. Runner-up Chesapeake Bay retriever Cota also got huge applause — especially from retriever fans still waiting for their first-ever Westminster Best in Show.

Anyone want to play guess the breed? __x__ guessed correct, that was faster than I thought it would be. Sq**rt is a Pomeranian x Powderpuff.

I have personal pup that we'll play guess the breed on later today!

Hints within the comments, on one of the breeds she's mixed with.
Hint: not in the terrier group.

❄️ temps will begin dropping Thursday evening and will continue to drop down into the teens by next week and snow on Saturday 🥶!! Please be sure now, that you have your outdoor pets sorted with shelter, warm bedding, and extra food and water if they aren't allowed indoors.

If you are thinking of heading out to warmer weather, wherever that may be, I do have 2 boarding spots available due to cancellations.

Our Honda kitty(the outside kitty) will be moving inside to stay on Thursday evening, until the temps warm back up, she undoubtedly will be mad about this. Yes she has warm bedding in the garage and would be out of the elements but, it's not a heated garage so like last year's snow and cold temps, she will move into the dog room in her own private kennel with all the kitty paté she can eat! 😺
