FUNDRAISER FOR A TWO-LEGGED CAT’S TREATMENT
🐾💔

This little girl was in an accident on N Buckingham Dr and was rescued by our team on November 10. When she first arrived at our shelter, she still had all four legs.

Following our motto — “As long as there’s hope, we’ll fight for it” — when the vet told us that her legs were severely shattered and the chance of successful bone pinning was very low, we still decided to go ahead with the surgery to try to save them.

After three weeks in the hospital, the vet informed us that her legs couldn’t heal — the pins had to be removed, and both hind legs needed to be amputated. 💔

Many people asked us why we went through all this trouble and expense for a cat like her. “Wouldn’t it have been cheaper to amputate from the start? You could’ve saved weeks of hospital bills.”
But our answer was simple:

“No one deserves to be disabled for life just to save money.”

Today, as we finally accept that her two legs couldn’t be saved, we share her story.
Even so, when we visited her, we saw her hopping around, learning to move in her new way, and rolling in the morning sunlight — and we thought, today is still a good day. ☀️

Because as long as she’s alive, there’s still hope for her future. ❤️

UPDATE: POODLE ATTACKED AND SUFFERED A BROKEN JAW 🐶💔

Today, things are looking much better! Our little one has started eating soft food again — and even had enough strength to playfully bite the vet a little! 😭❤️

We’re so deeply grateful to everyone who helped when she was fighting between life and death. Your kindness truly saved her. 🙏

She still needs continued treatment and recovery care after surgery, so we kindly ask for your support to help cover her medical expenses. Every bit of help means the world to her. 💕

💔 A seriously ill kitten who was thrown away.
For the past two days, she’s been coughing nonstop — even coughing up b.l.o.o.d. Her tiny body twists in pain, her paws tremble helplessly in despair.
Hang in there, little one. Please don’t give up. Your owner may have abandoned you, but now there are so many people who care about you, who are hoping and praying for your recovery. 🙏
She was discarded because of her illness. She had received some treatment before, but it was only half-hearted. We’ve taken her in and are continuing her medical care, hoping she still has a chance.
Please, we ask everyone to keep supporting her, praying for her, and standing with her — so she can find the strength to fight and survive. 💔🐾

A litter of five kittens — , , , , and — were orphaned before their eyes even opened or their umbilical cords fell off. Their mother tragically got stuck in a house door and passed away.
A kind-hearted person found them and tried to keep them warm and feed them with milk, but three of the kittens were too weak. Afraid she wouldn’t be able to keep them alive, she reached out to our rescue team for help. In fact, there were originally six kittens, but sadly one had already passed away before she was found. 💔
It’s been almost a week since the five kittens arrived at our shelter, and thankfully they’re doing much better now — feeding well and no longer weak and frail like when they first came. Anyone who’s ever cared for newborn kittens knows how hard it is to replace a mother cat’s care, and how fragile their chances of survival can be.
We’re hoping to find a nursing mother cat (fully vaccinated) with enough space in her litter to take these babies in — to give them a chance to live and feel the warmth of a mother’s love again.
We’re also asking for donations to help cover medical bills and KMR milk, which is very expensive but essential for their survival.
One 340g can of KMR milk is enough to feed the six babies for just one week. 🥲
Your support means the world to us and to these tiny souls fighting for their lives. 🐾❤️
🐾 If you can’t adopt, please consider becoming a temporary foster volunteer to help care for these little ones until they find forever homes.

URGENT SURGERY FUNDRAISER – Puppy with a Broken Jaw | PAW #1081

This little one was attacked by a big neighborhood dog and suffered a double jaw fracture. 😢 Her owner is just a student, who spent every bit of their savings to rush her to the vet, hoping to save her life. But the initial surgery cost of $2400 was far beyond what they could afford, so they reached out to us for help.

We’ve contacted several vet partners, and each has agreed to help a little — but it’s still not enough to cover her treatment and recovery. 💔

Please, if you can, help this brave puppy get the surgery she needs to survive. The world may have been unkind to her, but maybe — just maybe — your kindness can give her a second chance at life. 😭🙏🙏🙏

It seems she was beaten, not in an accident…

We can finally see a glimmer of hope for her life! 😭😭😭

Though still very weak, this brave little cat has tried to lift herself up. The vet said she suffered a head injury that’s affecting her balance, and she’ll need more time to recover.

Our team truly hopes that everyone will continue to support and help her, so she can have the funds needed for ongoing treatment in the coming days. ❤️🙏😭
