We are SO thrilled to celebrate our Employee of the Month, JEN!🎉🧡
Jen is not only an incredible, reliable, and super observant Pet Care Specialist, but she is also one of our very best connectors. She genuinely loves bringing people together, and when she finds something good, she wants to share it with everyone. We lovingly call her our Team Ambassador because several of our amazing clients and teammates have found their way to Pura Vida because of Jen’s incredible ability to connect people.
What we especially love about Jen is the way she cares beyond the basics. If a dog is sick, she isn’t just going to notice it - she’s researching, learning, and coming up with ideas for ways we can help. If a pup runs out of food, she’s offering to make or pick some up. If the team needs something, she’s going to step up to help. She is constantly looking for ways to make things a little better and everyone a little more cared for. 🥰
Jen also brings a wealth of knowledge to Pura Vida and has been a cat foster for many years, so her love and understanding of animals runs deep.
