What is Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy?

Red and near-infrared light therapy, also called photobiomodulation (PBM) or laser therapy, uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cells and support the body’s natural healing process.

In veterinary medicine, it may help:

* Reduce pain and inflammation
* Support healing and tissue repair
* Promote wound healing
* Improve circulation and recovery
* Support mobility and comfort, especially in pets with arthritis or soft-tissue injuries

The light energy is absorbed by cells and can help encourage cellular activity and circulation in the treated area. Treatments are non-invasive and generally well tolerated, with many pets finding them relaxing ✨
