June Pet of the Month: Merlin!

Meet Merlin, also known as "The Baby." This Frenchie takes his title very seriously. Whether he's demanding tummy-to-tummy cuddles, dramatically flopping in a corner when life doesn't go his way, or keeping a watchful eye on suspicious backyard lizards.

When he's not enforcing neighborhood rules, you'll find him begging for snacks, collecting pink toys, and perfecting his award-winning pout. Congratulations to our June Pet of the Month, Merlin! 💚

April is National Pet First Aid Awareness Month 🐾

Does Your Pet Need Emergency Care?
Pets can’t tell us when something’s wrong, but their behavior and body language often give us important clues. Knowing the signs of an emergency is one of the most valuable first aid skills a pet owner can have and it could save your pet’s life.

Watch for these signs:
• Difficulty breathing or choking
• Severe vomiting or diarrhea (especially with lethargy)
• Straining to urinate or defecate
• Sudden weakness, collapse, or seizures
• Swallowing something they shouldn’t
• Uncontrolled bleeding or severe wounds
• Extreme pain, swelling, or limping
• Difficulty giving birth (dystocia)

Quick tip: When in doubt, call your vet immediately. Acting quickly is a key part of pet first aid. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Save this post for reference and share it with fellow pet parents. Being prepared can make all the difference!
