To our amazing BVH family,
We want to be transparent with our community about why appointments may be taking a little longer than usual.
At this time, one of our veterinarians is out on an extended medical leave. While we fully support our team member during their recovery, this has temporarily reduced our appointment availability. Our remaining doctors and staff are working incredibly hard to care for every patient while maintaining the high standard of medicine and compassion you expect from us.
To ensure pets with the most urgent needs receive timely care, patients experiencing emergencies or more serious medical concerns may need to be prioritized over routine or less urgent appointments.
There may be days when we are at full capacity and are unable to safely accommodate additional urgent medical cases. If that happens, our team may recommend that your pet be seen at a local urgent care or emergency veterinary hospital so they can receive timely medical attention. While we understand this may not be your first choice, our priority is always ensuring your pet receives the care they need as quickly as possible.
We understand that waiting for an appointment or being referred elsewhere can be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please know that every member of our team is doing their very best to care for your pets while supporting one another.
Thank you for your continued trust, kindness, and grace. Your support means more to us than you know, and we look forward to returning to our normal appointment availability as soon as possible.
We are incredibly grateful for your understanding as we navigate this temporary challenge together.
