Good evening to all of our followers, current families, and prospective family. I want to reiterate  two of my big rules that I will not be changing. Yes this long but it needs to be said yet again.
One we will always require a non refundable deposit. This is to save the heartache of no show families for puppies that we have held and others have had to pass on. As well as ensure the legitimacy of the family we are placing our puppies either. We are happy to provide pictures, videos, and even video chat before you place your deposit.
Second, is a really big one and I get lectured constantly and asked all the time why I won’t make an exception, ect….. We do NOT allow home visits or anyone to see or handle the puppies prior to going home. We have developed our policies with the safety and welfare of our family, our dogs, and especially our unvaccinated litters. It is way too dangerous to give just anyone our address and allow them to see the pups prior to placing a deposit.
Our dogs and babies are raised and live in our home. We do not know you…You do not know us. Breeders have been assaulted, and their dogs and litters stolen by people supposedly “wanting to see the puppies before placing a deposit to reserve”.
My biggest one is the risk of illness being brought to my home. We will never intentionally place our family or dogs in harms-way. Parvo is a highly contagious virus that can be lethal in young puppies and elderly dogs. It can be transmitted via hands, clothes, shoes, car tires, dog toys, blankets, etc…basically anything!! We have developed our policies to ensure we make the best decisions possible for the safety of ALL our dogs, under-vaccinated, and/or unvaccinated pups.
1. There will be no home visits.
2. No one will enter our home in order to pick out a puppy from the litter.
3. We will not give out our address.
If we were to allow everyone access to our home and pups, we would literally be begging for a Parvo outbreak. We will not risk Parvo being accidentally tracked inside our home and expose unvaccinated and/or undervaccinated litters to this horrific virus; it would have devastating consequences. Please understand that we can not compromise on this policy.
So again, we are more than happy to set up video chats in real time so that you can see and pick your puppy. Just let us know what works for you. 🐾💕🐶
