🐾 Did you know? Nail filing is healthier than nail trimming alone! 🐾

When most people think of a nail trim, they think the job is done—but filing your dog’s nails makes a huge difference!

✨ Nail filing helps:
🐾 Smooth rough, sharp edges that can scratch you, your floors, and your furniture.
🐾 Create a shorter, more rounded nail over time.
🐾 Reduce snagging and splitting.
🐾 Improve comfort and traction while walking.
🐾 Encourage healthier nail maintenance with regular grooming.

Unlike clipping alone, filing leaves nails smooth and polished for a cleaner, more comfortable finish. Many dogs also tolerate gradual filing better than repeated clipping.

💚 That’s why every full groom at Southern Animal Hospital Grooming Salon & Spa includes nail filing at NO extra charge!

We believe every dog deserves the very best care—from nose to tail—and healthy paws are a big part of that.
