JUNE 1ST 2026.
Today we are halfway through the roughest year we have ever experienced here at RCRR.
Those of you who know , well you know, I'm not here to revisit any of it. What I am here for today is to regroup, refocus and reset.
Our mission at Rustic C has always been to help the horses that the good Lord has put in front of us, and to give them the best chance at a second life. We will continue that mission with every ounce of fight we have in us no matter what or who the devil's throws our way. We have learned so much over the last couple years and I want to continue learning every where I can!.
If this year has taught me anything it's that you CAN persevere through anything when you give it up to God and let him guide you. 🙏💖
Starting the second half of 2026 I have a new vision for Rustic C. One that will expand the mission of this small local rescue to focus not only on saving who we can but also on helping others to do the same. We will be offering other assistance for horses being saved from the auction and slaughter and K*!! Pen pipelines. We will be expanding to focus on community support and education and will be offering therapy support. All of these things are coming and will be announced on the new page which I will post here once the plans are finalized!.
In the meantime I want extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of the people who have supported and backed this rescue from start to present!.
