We are implementing a new policy:

If you are specifically requesting for Alex to watch your pup(s) and she makes a trip to Florida from NYC specifically for your booking, there will be a non-refundable deposit for the cost of her airfare. This deposit will be put toward your overall booking fee for your camper’s duration at Camp Kerns.

This is to ensure that she does not come out of pocket for non-refundable flights if you end up cancelling your booking.

If you do not want to pay a deposit, you can schedule with Karen and Russ if they are in town. If Alex is already planning to be in town, no deposit is required.
