🐾 A Quick Update from Enchanted Tails! 🐾
We wanted to give everyone a quick heads up that we will be making some adjustments to our front desk operations for the foreseeable future! 💙
Our enrichment daycare program has been a HUGE hit, and the pups are absolutely loving it! 💙With that being said, I have been spending more time working hands on with the dogs in daycare and assisting with their care throughout the day.
Because of this, I may not always be available to answer the phone right away.
📞 If you’re calling to schedule boarding, daycare, grooming, or have any questions, please leave us a voicemail!
📱 You can also reach us by text or submit booking requests through our website!
I will be returning calls, responding to messages, and getting everyone taken care of as quickly as I can. However, please understand that response times may be a little longer than usual.
🐾 We are still operating as normal and accepting reservations! We are simply making a few adjustments to how we handle our front desk responsibilities so we can continue giving the pups the attention, enrichment, and quality care they deserve!
Our top priority has always been, and will always be, the safety, happiness, and well-being of the pets entrusted to us. Sometimes that means I won’t be able to step away from the dogs to answer the phone right away. 💙
