Oakwood is incredibly proud of two of our veterinary technicians who generously volunteered their time and expertise at a two-day spay and neuter clinic benefiting multiple animal rescues and shelters across Michigan.

Together, the team helped provide spay and neuter surgeries for an incredible 430 cats, making a lasting impact on animal welfare and helping reduce pet overpopulation.

In addition to caring for these animals, our technicians worked alongside Baker College veterinary technician students, sharing their knowledge, teaching surgical procedures, and mentoring the next generation of veterinary professionals.

Thank you for representing Oakwood with such compassion, dedication, and commitment to our profession and the animals we serve. 💙🐾
