Hi there, friends! As we begin summer with a long weekend today, I wanted to take a second to fill you all in on a few things this season.
1) Our books are FULL! Thank you all for recommending us to friends and family and all of your kind words, our client list is now at capacity and ☀️we are unable to take anyone new onto our schedules.☀️ We truly want to meet and serve everyone, but our human capabilities are maxed out.
2) We have had an increased number of no-show and last minute cancellations in the last few weeks. It is discouraging and I don’t like the result, but our cancellation/no-show policy will now be strictly enforced, as every appointment missed or cancelled last minute is extremely difficult to fill. ☀️Half of the total of your groom will be due at or before your next appointment to maintain your future appointments.☀️
3) While it’s rare, it has also been happening more frequently than it should. 🛑Please do not open our gate!🛑 Most days, most of the dogs are hanging out and relaxing with us around our tables, or choosing to lay in open kennels for their comfort, but they will all come to the gate when you arrive. Unless you want to take home more dogs than you came with, LEAVE IT CLOSED and let us bring your pup out to you.
4) The ticks are out! We’ve pulled off dozens of ticks already and will always let you know when and where we’ve found them and if you need to keep an eye on the bite area. Get your preventatives on or taken!
5) You all are amazing and we’re so grateful to be able to take care of your pups! Have a great start to your summer season, have fun, remember sunscreen, and enjoy ❤️☀️
