Iโ€™ve had several messages from people saying they were refreshing right at 6 PM but never saw the tiedowns show as available. I wanted to explain whatโ€™s happening because I know how frustrating that can be!

For the preorder drops, I have the system set so the tiedowns become available right at drop time. Because so many people are trying to access the site at the exact same moment, there can be a brief delay in the availability showing up on everyoneโ€™s screen. And since tonightโ€™s drop sold out in about a minute, some people unfortunately never saw the โ€œavailableโ€ status before all of the spots were taken.

๐Ÿ’ก For future drops, I recommend having the product page open a few minutes BEFORE the drop. At drop time, refresh the page. If it still shows sold out, try a hard refresh or close and reopen the page rather than repeatedly refreshing the same page.

And please remember โ€” having the item sitting in your cart does NOT reserve it. Your order is not secured until checkout is successfully completed.

I know these drops are FAST, and I truly appreciate everyoneโ€™s patience and understanding while I work to make the process as fair as possible for everyone. โค๏ธ

โ€ข The system is currently set to allow ONE tiedown per purchase. Iโ€™ve set it up this way because of the current demand and to give more people an opportunity to get an order in.

โ€ข Having an item in your cart does NOT guarantee your purchase. The system goes by whoever completes checkout and gets their order through first.

โ€ข Iโ€™m limiting this monthโ€™s Pre-Orders to approximately 4 weeks worth of orders.
