Update on rescued young duckling, sorry I haven't been able to take some good pics or videos, I either am charging my cell or busy using two hands and cleaning all the animals, i also have two rescued blue runners and they are always on the move walking all over the place, like they are late for the madhatters tea party with my white pekin gal chatting away behind them. Ill call the new duck alice, sweet, assertive trying to make new friends, she waddled over to my two sr pekin ducks who have walking paralysis, so I carry them outside every morning and wash them in their pool, then sit them on a fresh pile of orchard, teff, or timothy in front of a floor fan in front of my house, their breakfast near by, Alice likes talking to them and starts preening her feathers, she still has short little baby wings, disproportionate to her body, mix of baby fluff and feathers. They will grow in quickly then ready for joining the walkers & talkers in the barnyard looking for the madhatters tea party.
For now, I like to keep an eye on her in front of the house with seniors, blind roosters, young peachicks, and my busybody hens who travel from back pasture down cool tree lined dirt road to front of house to tell me to hurry up and feed them their treats. Hopefully pics tomorrow. Sweet dreams 😴

Quick thank you to Bill & lomita feed employee's for hosting and helping us setup, and was really nice catching up with old friends, new friends, and everyone in-between. We were all so busy talking with all our visitors, didnt remember to take more videos & pixs.

With all of you, our adoption event & bbq was a wonderfully successful event 🐱💞🐶 (didnt get a video of dharma rescues adorable dogs)
