Did you know we offer use of our climate controlled, 6,000 foot building, as well as our 24,000 square foot herding arena, for rental? (Located at CCDT at the Farm Hoyt, KS)

Suggested uses:
Building rental- practice rally, obedience, novice fetch, agility, etc.
Herding arena- let your dog run in a safe space, practice sports like disc or AKC Intermediate-Retriever Fetch, or work on manners skills like off leash recall!

We are beginning a new feature here on the page! We will do a weekly "Spotlight Pet" featuring one of our current students and what they are working on in class!

Our instructors will be taking video clips and submitting them but if you take some clips of your dog in class, send them to us! You might be chosen as that week's Spotlight Pet!

The very first Spotlight Pet goes to Dahlia! Dahlia is a 6 year old beagle mix who is currently in our Introduction to Agility class.

How cute is she?! Keep up the good work, Dahlia!

We are making some changes to our foundation manners classes! Starting with the July class calendar, we will be doing three 4 week classes that lead to the Canine Good Citizen class, instead of our old program, which was two 6 week classes.

We believe this will be a GREAT adjustment for our clients for many reasons, but here are a few:

-4 week classes are easier to fit into your busy schedules!
-Price points for each class are able to be lower, since they are shorter classes, making it easier to budget your training!
-4 week classes split the training into more manageable chunks, no more feeling overwhelmed and not ready to move on to the next class!
-We are able to start classes more often, since time slots open up more often, making it easier to get those puppies in during their critical socialization window!
-With this reorganization of the curriculum, we were also able to sneak in some FUN things like play during training and introductions to scent work, agility, rally, flyball, etc.! By the time you graduate from Play your Way Beyond the Basics, you will have a great foundation and a really good idea if you and your dog would enjoy any of the dog sports we have to offer.

This change ONLY effects our Puppy and Basic Manners classes. At this time, all our dog sport classes will remain 6 weeks in length.
