🐾 Things to know about us before you book!
We're so excited to meet your pups — but let's make sure we're on the same page first. Here's the good stuff (and the practical stuff) before you hit "book":
✂️ How we roll:
We're a 1:1 dog grooming salon — every groomer has their own private room. That means no chaos, no distractions, and no unnecessary stress for your pup. Each dog gets their groomer's full attention in a calm, safe space. It keeps things on track, keeps pups comfortable, and honestly? It makes for a much better groom all around.
📅 Plan ahead, please! We typically can't take same-day appointments, so give us a call or text at 785-250-7866 or book online using the link in our bio.
💵 We require a 50% deposit of the groom price for all clients — new or existing. It holds your spot and is added on to the total of your invoice.
💉 Rabies vaccine is required — it's for the safety of every pet (and person) in our care.
⏰ Our 15-minute rule: if you're running 15+ minutes late, your appointment will most likely need to be cancelled. We know life happens, but this keeps the whole day on track for everyone.
❤️ Humanity over vanity, always. We'll always do what's best for your pet in the moment — and keep you fully informed along the way.
🛑 Safety first. If your pup gets too anxious, too aggressive, or is just too sore to stand (we're looking at you, senior sweethearts), we'll stop the service. Their well-being comes before the "perfect groom" every single time.
And one last thing — we're humans too, and life happens. Please be patient with us. If your dog isn't in and out as fast as usual, we're trying our best to stay on time, always. A little kindness goes a long way. 🐶💛
