Lunsford Veterinary Care Center Lunsford Veterinary Care Center maintains three full time veterinarians.

Doctors are focused on their area of interest to ensure that patients receive the best care possible. Dr. Michael is dedicated to performing large animal services, Dr. Niki provides small animal services along with some small ruminant medicine, and Dr. Chelsea Baxley tackles large and small animal medicine. In addition to our doctors, we retain a caring and enthusiastic staff who genuinely shares

our passion for animals and their owners. Our diversity places us in the unique position of treating most domestic animals that you may keep as pets, including, but not limited to dogs, cats, cattle, horses, sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, even a few pigs! It is important to us to develop relationships with you and your pets, companions, and/or livestock to ensure a mutual level of trust and respect so that you can be confident about our recommendations and the quality of care we wish to provide.

A couple of weekends ago, the LVCC team had the opportunity to visit Dolly Parton’s Stampede! 🤠🐴

It was so much fun stepping away from the clinic, enjoying a great show, and—most importantly—spending some quality time together as a team! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to make memories with such an amazing group of people. ❤️

In light of Dolly’s recent passing, this visit feels even more special. We’re incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to experience a small piece of the world she created—a place filled with music, laughter, family, and togetherness. Dolly’s incredible talent, generosity, kindness, and ability to bring people together touched generations, and her legacy will continue to shine for years to come. ✨

At Lunsford Veterinary Care Center, we're committed to providing safe, efficient, and high-quality care for every patient.

To help ensure medication quality and streamline prescription processing, we'll be working with a select group of trusted online pharmacy partners. These pharmacies have been carefully chosen for their product integrity, prescription accuracy, reliability, and customer service.

We understand that you may prefer another pharmacy, and we're always happy to provide a written prescription if you choose to fill it elsewhere. Please note that we may not be able to offer the same level of support or troubleshooting for pharmacies outside of our approved partners.

This change allows our team to spend less time managing prescriptions through multiple vendors and more time focused on what matters most—caring for your pets.

KITTENS😍
Four kittens up for adoption - they're about 11ish weeks. They've had their first round of shots and will get their second round along with spay/neuter 7/16. There are 3 boys and one girl. All tabby. Current foster has been working on socializing but she is limited on the time she can spend with them. There's been no clawing or biting. One is more reserved but they're all really are sweet.

🇺🇸 **Holiday Closure Notice** 🇺🇸

Lunsford Veterinary Care Center will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6.

If your pet experiences a medical emergency while we are closed, please contact Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Northwest Arkansas at 479-346-2041 immediately.

For large animal emergencies, please call our main line (479) 361-9417 and press 1 to reach our on call Veterinarian.

We hope you and your pets have a safe, happy, and fun-filled holiday weekend! ❤️🤍💙 Remember to keep pets comfortable during fireworks by providing a quiet, secure space and ensuring they have updated ID tags in case they become frightened.
