Alright guys it’s 6:26 pm and I would like to start by saying I love all our clients and this is not a venting post . This is a reminder….

If your baby is booked to be boarded with us, our drop off times can be all day long. We open at 730 am !!!! But our cut off is at 6 pm. Not 656 not 633 .
6PM.
Guys this is not to be rude . We are caring for animals as well as our kids and families. Plus understand if you would like to be at work for 16-18 hrs I applaud you. But I am getting old and Well can’t do the hours anymore.
Please help us by being on time .

Ok I want to apologize in advance.
I need to explain something real quick. This is a home based grooming facility to help dogs get over trauma and overall a grooming facility. We go by appointments. If you are given a time that is your time . We have over 19k customers. If your appointment is at 730 and you show up at 8 saying sorry . You just put the other customers behind. That isn’t right or fair. If this was your hair appointment you would be on time. So from dec2 2025 to the future if you are more then 10 mins late your appointment time will be canceled and if you no call no show more then once you will be finding a new groomer. This is for our clients and customers who we value. We will also be closed Sundays and Wed starting Jan 1 2026
