Anyone who has ever worked with animals knows that most of the time they will not cooperate when you try to take pics. It usually takes a couple of dozen tries to hit that perfect one. This guy's is no different. 18 tries to get this one Pic. SMH. Anyway he is off to his new home next week (weather permitting) he is one of my first dg combos. Time to clean Athenas enclosure. When i do this i like to look her over real good to make sure there is nothing weird going on. As usual she passed the inspection but she wore me out. Once I get her all cleaned up ill have to put her back in. That is always a chore. She is about 9 ft and around 25 lbs. Lean and muscular is what you want with your Boas. As you can see she has no fat rings and if anything is a bit thin. I feed her 1 jumbo rat once a month. I may up that to every 3 weeks. Let's see those bigger constructors!!!!!
