✨ IT’S $5 FRIDAY… AND DOLLY PARTON DAY! ✨

We couldn’t let Dolly Parton Day pass without celebrating a woman whose huge heart seems to have room for people, animals, and pretty much every living thing. 🩷

Dolly has always been about kindness, compassion, and leaving the world a little better than she found it—and honestly, that’s something we can get behind here at the rescue. 🐷

So today, in honor of Dolly Parton Day, we’re asking you to spread a little of that Dolly-sized love our way.

$5 may not seem like much, but when a whole community gives a little, it becomes feed, straw, vet care, safe spaces and second chances for animals who need them.

Because loving animals isn’t just about thinking they’re cute. It’s about showing up for them. 🩷🐽

Just had a GREAT meeting with our new Social Chair.

Everyone help me give a HUGE welcome to Kimberly Scott as the newest member of our Board and our new Social Chair! 🩷

I’m genuinely so excited to have Kimberly step into this role. She already brings so much enthusiasm, so many great ideas, and that wonderful “okay, but have you actually written this down?” energy that I desperately need. 😂

She’ll be helping me stay organized, actually post the things I swear I’m going to post, and get the rescue even more involved in our community. After our meeting today, I’m already excited about everything we have brewing for the next few months.

This rescue means the absolute world to me, so having someone step up who is excited to help us grow, connect with our community, and make even more happen for these animals means more than I can say. 🩷🐽

Sooooo true!

Boy, if this isn’t a fact!

Running a sanctuary is basically looking at something completely destroyed and saying, “Hang on… I’ve got some zip ties.” MacGyver’s got nothin’ on us. 😉

Read that again and sit with it a minute 🩷🐽

Mini pig ownership is a 15-20 year commitment. Reach out if you’re struggling. We will always help!
