Today we’re celebrating Valerie! 💙🐾
Val has been part of our team for a little over 5 years as a veterinary assistant and we’re so excited that she’s now working toward becoming a veterinary technician! 🎓🩺 She has such a calming presence that both our team and patients respond to, making her especially great with spicy kitties and nervous pups. 🐱🐶 Val is also our resident problem solver and our very own go-to clinic handywoman! 🔧 From surgical monitors to laundry machines, if something breaks, Val is ready to figure it out. She also has a knack for keeping our clinic spotless, no easy feat when things are constantly moving! ✨ Her resourcefulness and passion for treating every patient like her own make her such a valuable part of our team. ❤️
As a coworker, Val is someone everyone can count on, especially when the clinic gets chaotic! 😂 She somehow manages to stay composed through the craziness while jumping in wherever she’s needed, whether that’s helping at reception, assisting with patient care, or lending a hand to our technicians. If you can’t find her, there’s a good chance she’s in a kennel snuggling with a boarding pet or keeping a hospitalized patient company. 🥹🐾 She never misses an opportunity to give our patients a little extra love!
Outside of work, Val loves going on new adventures with her daughter, Marissa, who also keeps us well supplied with Girl Scout cookies and treats! 🍪 This summer, they even made a trip to the pickle festival (because Val LOVES pickles! 😂🥒). She’s also recently adopted a very handsome pittie named Herbie, whose goofy personality is just as lovable as his good looks! 💙
Val, thank you for all your hard work, compassion, and willingness to help wherever you’re needed. We’re so proud of you and excited to watch you grow into your future as a veterinary technician. We’re so lucky to have you on our team! 🥰
