All groomings include a water bath, a full grooming, ear cleaning and plucking as necessary, and nail trims. Teeth brushing is an additional charge.Yes, we do groom cats. We also have a retail section including toys, home grooming supplies, Lupine collars and leashes (which are guaranteed for life even if chewed), and pet clothing such as sweaters, raincoats, hoodies, and holiday attire.

While Darcy has officially retired, the shop is still here and in great hands. Katie, Cathy, and our team are continuing to provide the same gentle, experienced grooming that our clients have trusted for years.

We are currently accepting:
• New dogs under 60 lbs
• Select bath & brush breeds such as Labrador Retrievers and Golden Retrievers

Our focus has always been on keeping pets comfortable, calm, and looking their best — and that hasn’t changed.

We are so excited about the overwhelming response we have received about our re-opening!

We ask you be patient since we have received so very many calls that we are working right now at just logging the calls to keep our answering machine clear enough to accept messages. We will be calling everyone back so you only need to leave one message, multiple messages will only slow the process down. These are unusual circumstances but everyone is so important and we will do our best to get your pet in as quickly as possible. Over the next couple of weeks everyone at Darcy’s Grooming will be working very hard to work out a schedule to provide a safe and efficient service. Again, thank all of you for being such wonderful and loyal clients……. We can’t wait to see you again!

Exciting news! We’re reopening on Tuesday June 2nd (as long as Phase 2 begins as scheduled). Please take note that our hours have changed. We are now open Tuesday thru Saturday from 7:30am-5:00pm. As we reopen, we will be following New York State Safety Guidelines:
1. We ask that when you call to make your appointment you leave us a message with the best phone number to reach you at.
2. Curbside only. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us at 716-390-3038 and a groomer will come out to pick up your pet and discuss your grooming needs. You may walk your pet on the property prior to calling. Only staff will be admitted to the building.
3. Please wear a mask and try to social distance yourself at least 6 feet from the groomer.
4. We will place a lead on your pet and have you remove their leash; pets in carriers may remain in them.
5. Payment will need to be made either by check at pickup or by credit card when we call for you to pick up your pet.
6. Staff will have their temperature tested daily upon entrance to the building as we continue trying to keep everyone healthy and safe. If you or your pet are not feeling well or if you are in contact with someone who has tested positive we do ask that you remain home and reschedule your appointment. The health of our staff is imperative to our ability to reopen.
7. We cannot accept new clients at this time. All new clients will be contacted and placed on a waiting list until we are able to resume our operations at a more “normal” level.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these matters. We can’t wait to see everyone again! Stay healthy and safe and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Sadly we continue to be closed due to the Corona virus outbreak. We will be folllowing CDC, State and Local guidlines for re-opening. At this time we do not have a date that we will be able to re-start grooming. We miss our wonderful doggy clients and thier fantastic owners. Please cotinue to be safe and well and we hope to see you soon.
