Happy Sunday!! Holy moly has it been cold!! 🥶 Who has turned on their heat?! We did yesterday to just take the chill off, but I’m ready to have it off again for a little bit longer!! We hope everyone has a great week!! :)

I thought it would be fun to do “Feature Friday” for the next few weeks to introduce our animals! Between the two of us we have quite the variety! 😂

Up first is Medusa!! Medusa is Amanda’s family’s old timer. Her husband had him for several years before they met in 2013 so he’s at least 15 or 16 years old! Medusa loves swimming, basking on his log, and snacking on fish! He also loves to make them laugh when he nosedives into the rocks from the top of his log!

Spencer is the newest member of the Lua’s Love crew!! He’s 14! Incredible!! He’s all about it being low key and getting lots of pets and treats! Such a love bug!! 🥰

It’s an exciting day!!! We are launching a new service at Lua’s Love!! 🙂

Are you tired of having to bring your pet to get their nails trimmed or better yet, do it yourself? In addition to pet care, we are offering nail trims at your home for dogs, cats and small animals. We ask that owners be present and proof of current rabies vaccination is required!

Text or call to schedule an appointment! 🙂

Just a reminder that the new rates will be in effect for all current clients and any future new ones starting Thursday, October 1st 2026.

Dog drop-ins will increase by $3. Visits will now be $25 for one dog and the same charge of $3 for each additional dog. (Dog walk pricing is staying the same.)

Cat drop-in pricing will be changing slightly.
* 1-2 cats will be $22
* More than 2 cats will be $25

Horse care will continue to be determined on a case by case basis since every client’s needs are different.

There will also be a $5 (per visit) holiday charge for:
* 4th of July
* Thanksgiving
* Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
* New Years Day

Also, as a reminder we do our best to be flexible when it comes to cancellations and we do not ask for payment, but if a cancellation happens with less than 24 hour notice, we do ask to be compensated for that day’s visit. Our clients have been amazing about this thus far and we thank you for that!! 🥰

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Ashleigh at (774) 444-0000.

Thank you so much for your understanding!
