My friend found a litter of newborn kittens abandoned in the garbage! She was able to save them and their mother, and they will be looking for homes soon! They are currently 3 weeks old (and sooo cute and tiny!!) If anyone knows someone looking for a cat, feel free to let me know and I'll send more info. 959-282-4673

Saw this dog (North) running across a busy road. Turns out his owners moved away and abandoned him months ago!! North is being fostered by a neighbor of the old owners now, but he doesn't have much time for North and the dog spends most of his day tied outside. North is super sweet and friendly with the neighbor's small children, and with strangers too. He's a playful, active dog, and seems to be good with other dogs too. He loves car rides and hiking. He's an intact 3 year old male, about 60 pounds, and we believe he is a husky or Samoyed. If anyone is interested, or knows someone who may be able to foster or adopt, please send me a text!! 959-282-4673
