A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT OUR GROOMING DROP-OFF & PICK-UP PROCESS 🐾

We want to take a moment to explain how our grooming shop operates so we can continue providing the best experience possible for both our clients and their pups. ❤️🐶

We are a MASS DROP-OFF grooming shop. This means all dogs are dropped off in the morning between 7:00–8:30 AM and are then worked into our groomers’ schedules throughout the day.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific grooming completion or pick-up time. Your dog’s place in the grooming lineup depends on several factors, including how many dogs are scheduled ahead of them, the type and complexity of the grooms, how the dogs behave, how much care an individual dog needs, interruptions throughout the day, and even training new groomers.

For that reason, please do not make plans based on your dog being ready at a particular time. We will always do our best to get everyone finished as efficiently as possible, but grooming is not an assembly line, and every dog is different. 🐕✂️

MOST IMPORTANTLY: PLEASE WAIT FOR OUR PHONE CALL BEFORE COMING TO PICK UP YOUR DOG.

We understand that you may be anxious to get your pup back, but stopping in to check on them before receiving a call can actually slow the grooming process down. It interrupts the groomers while they are working and can also distract the dogs on the grooming tables.

Our groomers need to be able to stay focused on the dogs in their care. ❤️

We promise; we haven't forgotten about your dog! 🥰 As soon as your pup is finished, cleaned up, and ready to go home, we will call you.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and cooperation. It helps us keep the day running smoothly and, most importantly, allows us to keep our attention where it belong, on your dogs! 🐾❤️
