Our K9 Elite pups are getting dressed for one of our favorite holidays, and now it’s YOUR turn to help decide who takes home the Halloween bragging rights!

From spooky little monsters to adorable characters and creative costumes, we can’t wait to show off our daycare crew & anyone else who wants to participate in their best Halloween costume. We are taking entries of all kinds: dogs, cats, birds- we want to see them all.

🏆 HOW TO VOTE:
🎃 Check out each pup’s individual costume photo posted in the comments on this post.
❤️ Interact with your favorite photos!
🐾 Every interaction counts as a vote, so show those pups some love on their photo

📣 Share this post and invite your friends and family to help their favorite K9 Elite pup win!

A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
🧡 Make sure you interact with the individual photo you’re voting for, it doesn’t matter if you like or love- they all count as a vote.
🎃 Get your votes in before the contest closes on 10/30
🏆 The pup with the most interactions on their photo will be crowned our Halloween Costume Contest winner and their picture will be featured on our page.

Wishing Bea a very Happy Gotcha Day! We can’t wait to celebrate you with all of your friends. She brought some adorable treats to hand out 🥹

Bea has gained so much confidence and skills since we first met her and we are very proud of all she has accomplished 🥳

For those who were interested in attending a local Fast Cat trial. Information on how to sign your dog up to run in the comments on the original post.

It’s so much fun to watch the different breeds run. We hope to see some of our clients there 🥳

Fall FastCATs now open. Always a great show with cooler weather the dogs love. For premium, see first comment.

Welcome CeCe, this pretty lady successfully past her evaluation and is the little sister to Geddy.

Who can guess what kind of doodle she is?

It’s our boy Hanson’s month! Check out Pets in Focus for some stunning pet photography! We had the pleasure of working with her again for the 2027 calendar for THS showcasing Bunker & Chuck Noris

October’s Feature: Hanson

Hanson has a job: he's a tester dog at K9 Elite, which means when nervous new dogs arrive at daycare, Hanson is the one who makes it okay.

He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at just 9 months old, had a total hip replacement, spent five months in recovery and physical therapy, and came out the other side dock diving and competing in FASTCAT. He is four years old and living his best life.

Some dogs just decide they're here to be good. Hanson decided.

He's featured in the 2026 Toledo Humane Society calendar: part of a project I'm honored to contribute to every year.
