Do you enjoy working with horses and being outdoors? This could be a great fit for a responsible college student, horse lover, or someone just looking to get outside more.

We’re looking for reliable help at our professional barn for all shifts.
Chores include:
• Turning horses in/out
• Feeding
• Blanketing / de-blanketing
• Tidying stalls/ barn
• Checking & refreshing water
• Giving treats and a little extra love

Details:
• 14 horses
• Professional barn environment
• Looking to staff morning and afternoon shifts

Pay: Hourly pay based on experience

Must be reliable, comfortable around horses, able to follow a simple checklist, and enjoy working outdoors.

Cedar Valley Farm in Toano is hiring!
We are a family-centered equestrian facility dedicated to the well-being and performance of our horses and to providing excellent service to our customers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our barn crew. Looking to fill weekday and weekend morning and afternoon shifts.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the health, happiness, and overall well-being of our horses.

Responsibilities:
* Daily feeding and turnout of horses
* Stall cleaning and general barn maintenance
* Assisting with veterinary and farrier visits
* Administering medications and supplements as directed
* Monitoring horses for signs of illness or injury

Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with horses preferred
* Knowledge of basic horse care and handling techniques
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
