We’ve had several pet parents reach out after receiving emails or notifications from the county saying their pet’s tag is overdue — even when it isn’t.

If you recently purchased your pet’s county tag through our hospital, you can disregard those messages. Occasionally, the county sends mass notifications before their records fully update.

💡 What to know:
• If you purchased your tag with us, you’re likely already up to date
• County records can take time to sync
• These notices are automated and not always accurate
