Recovery Update
I wanted to give everyone an update on my recovery. Unfortunately, things haven't gone as planned. I've developed a blood clot, which means my recovery has been put on hold, and my doctor has temporarily stopped my physical therapy until I'm cleared.
For now, my schedule will be very limited. I'll only be able to groom a couple of small dogs a day or one large dog a day until I'm cleared by my doctor at the end of the month. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as I work through this setback.
The good news is that Cindy is still handling all boarding, bath & brush appointments, and she'll also be helping me for a while with my grooming appointments. You'll be seeing a lot more of her, and I'm so grateful for all of her help!
I'm also hoping that while I'm still out of work this week, we'll be able to finish setting up the new salon so it's ready to welcome everyone soon.
Thank you all for your continued support, kind messages, and understanding. It means more than you know, and I look forward to getting back to doing what I love as soon as my doctor says it's safe. ❤️

Just a friendly reminder that I will be out of work until August 11 while I recover from my knee surgery.
For my current customers who only need a bath and brush, Cindy is available to help during my recovery, so feel free to schedule with her.
Please also note that for the first few days after my surgery, I will not be answering calls, texts, or messages while I rest and recover. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Unfortunately, I have another update regarding my surgery. My surgery did not happen as scheduled and has now been rescheduled for July 27th. It was canceled the day of without any prior notification, which was completely unexpected.
Because of this change, I will still need to take two weeks off following surgery for recovery. This means I'll need to reschedule appointments once again, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, confusion, and all of the changes.
I will be reaching out to everyone individually to get appointments rescheduled as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this unexpected situation. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you and your pups again soon!

Important Notice to Our Valued Clients

I wanted to let everyone know that I will be undergoing knee surgery on July 6th and will be out of the salon for approximately 2 weeks while I recover.

Please note that my schedule between now and surgery is already extremely limited, with very few appointments remaining before my leave begins.

When I return, I will be participating in physical therapy for about 6 weeks, so I will be accepting a limited number of appointments during that time. My schedule may be more restricted than usual, and appointment availability will be limited.

I’m happy to share that Cindy will be taking over the majority of the boarding kennel operations during my recovery, so all existing boarding reservations and dates will remain unaffected. Cindy will also be available for Bath & Brush appointments only while I recover.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as I take the time needed to heal so I can return to providing the best care possible for your pets.
