🐾 Important Vaccine Record Reminder 🐾

To help ensure a safe, healthy, and smooth check-in for every pet, Paw Paradise requires all updated vaccination records to be submitted at least 2 days prior to your pet’s scheduled check-in.

Please note: Updated vaccine records will not be accepted on the day of check-in. If required records have not been received and verified at least 2 days in advance, we will be unable to accept your pet for their scheduled stay or service.

Pet Food Container Limits

Beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, we will no longer accept food containers larger than 1 gallon in size. Many clients are bringing their monthly food containers or 40 lb bags of food for their pet to stay only 2 days. This not only is unnecessary, it is also time consuming as well as space consuming. If you arrive with a container larger than 1 gallon, you will have to break it down to a gallon size ziplock bags before your pet is checked in. Thank you for your consideration and efforts in aiding us with this matter.
