Recently, one of our supply chain partners was impacted by a catastrophic event. As a result, we are temporarily halting all operations. Our focus remains on you and your pets. We are actively working to map out next steps to restore service as quickly and responsibly as possible.

We want to be very clear: this is not a safety issue and there is no recall. There has been no product integrity concern. This is purely an operational loss due to circumstances outside of our control.

This brand exists because of you. We are incredibly grateful for your support, and we appreciate your patience while we work through this. More updates to come soon.
