We had another good foot abscess today! Although they are more common with the mud, abscesses are a routine occurrence year round, and can be incredibly satisfying when you get drainage like this! Now I need to remember to take photos of things other than abscesses and teeth… 😂

Eye issues are always an emergency, as things can happen and change very quickly. A common reason for swelling, squinting, and tearing is an eye ulcer, or a scratch to the eye. An ulcer is confirmed by fluorescein dye uptake, which highlights the loss of healthy corneal epithelium. This guy had a simple corneal ulcer, shown by the green dye uptake, that fortunately healed up quickly!
