It is with a heavy heart that I make this post. Delaney has passed all her pre-breeding tests, until her ARVC DNA results. I am sharing this in the spirit of transparency, I am sharing her test results and will be getting her spayed in the very near future.

Delaney had her echo test on Saturday, and she PASSED! Heart sounds healthy and looks good. She was such a good girl through this process.

Just waiting on her Holter and ARVC results now.

Now that Delaney is 2, she has undergone most of the health testing recommended by the AKC and ABC and has successfully passed all tests. She will be fully health tested by the end of the month, and we will be looking at studs for her next heat around late Sept/early October.

I wanted to get Bentley a companion before he got too old, but I needed it to be the right match. Bentley has such a calm, laid-back temperament and has always been such a good dog over the years. I got into contact with the breeder who produced his parents and was happy to hear that she still had a female, who shared a family line with Bentley, and was going to be bred in the near future! I patiently waited for the right time and right puppy.
June 2021, I received a message that a litter had been born and if I was ready to pick one. It was near perfect timing! So I picked my little nugget and waited for her grow to come home.

Bentley Joe - My heart dog.
After having a boxer through my teenage years, I knew I wanted one as an adult. After casually looking on and off for a couple of years, I happened across a fb post of an accidental litter near me. They were only 3/4 weeks old. I went to visit the litter, not having high hopes because I just hadn't found the one yet... but then I saw him. He was it. The next few weeks of waiting for him to be old enough to come home seemed to take FOREVER.
He has traveled all over the midwest and east coast with me. He's the dog that people who don't like dogs actually like. He is the biggest cuddle bug...with everyone but me 😂. He has been the best "big brother" to Delaney and has further cemented my love of the Boxer breed

My love for boxers started when I was teenager and my parents brought home Joe, the white boxer. He was your typical naughty puppy, but aged into everyone's favorite. I became obsessed with the breed and knew I would have my own someday.
