Hi friends!! Just wanted to give an update!
I’m in the new house yay! But there are going to be some changes!!
First I’d like to thank all of you! Without your support I wouldn’t be where I’m at! With that being said, I’ve taken on so many clients I do have to change some of my policies!
One being last minute appointments! In the past I’ve allowed this to go on. Now I have to start charging $20 for last minute appointments. Due to high demand I’m pretty much booked a week or two in advance! I try my best to do as much as I can! Unfortunately some people don’t understand so I have to put this policy into place! If I have cancellations that is different!
Secondly, I do alot of house calls! I also have to change my pricing for this especially for toenail trims! I normally charge $10 all around but if I come to you it will have to be an additional $10-$15 based on where you live! Prices for gas haven’t gone down and I’m spending more coming to people than them coming to me!
Exchange of services: YES I do this! I love to support other businesses! If you have something in mind please message me!!! I also love to collab so special giveaways, etc…. I love to support around me!
Finally, I have so many of you that absolutely love how I take care of your fur babies!!! If you haven’t left a review please do! I have so many people ask for references and I send them to my page! It helps me tremendously and allows me to expand! I eventually want this to be full time for me so everything you guys do helps!!
I hope everyone understands my dilemma. I try to be as fair in pricing as I can be! It’s hard when I try to sneak extra dogs in on my schedule when I’m already full!
