For those that don't know...
We were invited to join a Pierogi Fest because well, they needed another vendor to "fill the spot." We agreed with 7 DAYS to prep! Yes, we were newbies, 7yrs ago!
Hubby and I were able to roll out over 1500 pierogi, variety of fillings in ONE week! It was a 3 day fest, we were sold out in 1 1/2 days in the middle of a nasty storm, it was nuts! Our dough is very light, we consider it just a vessel to hold the fillings, but still needs to be delish!
If there is a filling that you're looking for, just holler! We're always happy to create something new.
Also, we've been inspected by the Dept of Agriculture to sell corporate. Brick and Mortar is needed ASAP! If you have a commercial kitchen that you're willing to share, holler! After going through Dept of Ag for inspection, they don't look at anything but ME and MY practices. Unfortunately, the kitchen I was approved for, I declined due to cleanliness, paperwork is already done! They didn't even look at the kitchen, ONLY me! I had to tell them that I wasn't washing my dishes there due to my sanitation concerns. He went ahead and processed my approval, BUT I have NO brick and mortar! Help! 🤦♀️
