But this month is also a reminder to check in on the people around you.

💜 Ask your friend how they’re really doing.
💜 Send the text.
💜 Make the phone call.
💜 Sit with someone who may be struggling.
💜 Remind them they’re loved and they don’t have to face everything alone.

Sometimes a simple check-in can make a bigger difference than we realize.

I truly don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for the clients who have trusted me with their beloved pets. 🥹🤍 These messages mean more to me than you could ever know.

DID YOU KNOW I WATCH KITTIES TOO?

🐈‍⬛Meet Calypso, aka Caly, the sweetest little “cat-dog” around!🐈‍⬛

Caly is 9 years old and was adopted from PAWS in Florida when she was just 6 months old. She came into the shelter with her mama and three siblings, all of whom were sick. Sadly, only Caly and one of her siblings survived.

Now she’s living her absolute best fur baby life.

Caly LOVES snuggles, loves to “talk,” still plays with her toys, and will even fetch her bell balls and stick toys. Basically, she missed the memo that she’s supposed to act like a cat.

She’s been such a sweet girl to care for, and I absolutely adore her.

Caly: 9 years old, professional snuggler, part-time fetch champion, full-time good girl.

🐾 LEO HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 🐾😂

Meet Leo! My sweet, goofy buddy who I’ve had the pleasure of watching since 2024! 🥹❤️

Leo is 6 years old and has NEVER met a stranger. He LOVES people, other dogs, ice cream, and most importantly… TALKING. 😂🗣️ This boy will absolutely let you know what’s on his mind!

Over the years, Leo and I have done a LOT more than just pet sitting. We’ve walked through storms together, celebrated birthdays, taken countless car rides, made trips to 7 Brew, watched movies and made more memories than I could ever count. Even helped take care of him after his surgery.🥹He has truly become one of those special pets who feels like family.

He’s sweet, social, hilarious, and somehow manages to make everyone he meets his best friend. 😜🐶

Meet Chubbie! This sweet girl has epilepsy and requires medication on a strict schedule.

I have experience caring for pets who need extra attention, including medication administration, seizure monitoring, senior care, and pets recovering from surgery or illness.

I know how stressful it can be to leave a pet who needs more than the basics. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring, capable hands. 🥹❤️

🐾 Pet Spotlight: Gracie & Bear 🐾

This week’s Pet Spotlight is all about Gracie (5) and Bear (2) — two very different personalities who each have a very special place in their family’s heart. ❤️

Gracie is a true Australian Shepherd through and through. She’s incredibly smart, wonderfully stubborn, and has those natural herding instincts that make her feel like she always has a job to do. Her favorite pastime is to play with her frisbee, going for rides and watching her chickens 😂 She came into the family during their empty-nest years and quickly filled that space with so much love, personality, and, of course, a little bit of chaos. As a puppy, she was affectionately known as their “mini T-Rex” — and honestly, we can believe it! 🦖🐶

And then there’s Bear. 🥹

Bear’s story is one of those that makes you believe some dogs are simply meant to be here. He was found as a puppy in a ditch on a dirt road, and somehow, he has continued to beat the odds ever since. He has nearly drowned, been bitten by a snake, eaten a fishing lure, and even impaled himself with a stick just millimeters from his heart. Through it all, this sweet boy kept going. ❤️

After everything Bear has been through, you might expect him to be tough and independent — but his favorite thing in the whole world is simply being loved on. He wants to be close, get some attention, and soak up every bit of affection he can. He also loves to watch tv! 🥰

Gracie is the smart, stubborn little herder, and Bear is the sweet survivor who just wants to be your best friend. Together, they’re a beautiful reminder that every dog has their own story, their own personality, and their own special way of becoming part of a family. 🐾❤️

I feel so lucky to get to know and love on these two! 💕

🐾 ✨ Pet Spotlight: Kevin ✨ 🐾

Meet Kevin—our handsome golden gentleman! 💛

🎂 Age: 6½ (turning 7 this December!)
🎾 Favorite things: Swimming, playing fetch, and making every day an adventure.
🥚 Special talent: Kevin has the gentlest mouth ever! You could put a raw egg in his mouth, and he wouldn’t even crack it. Now that’s some impressive self-control! 🥹

Kevin is everything you hope for in a Golden Retriever—kind, loyal, goofy, and always happy to see his friends.

💕 Pet Nanny fun fact: I’ve had the pleasure of watching Kevin since April 2025, and he’s become one of my favorite golden boys! Every visit includes wagging tails, tennis balls, and lots of golden smiles.

Meet Bossk! 💚

Bossk is an adorable bearded dragon with a curious personality and a love for exploring her enclosure. One of her favorite pastimes? Watching TV! 📺

🎉 Bossk will be celebrating her 1st birthday soon!

💚 Fun Facts About Bossk & Bearded Dragons:
👁️ Bearded dragons have a tiny “third eye” on top of their heads called a parietal eye, which helps them detect changes in light and shadows.

🌈 They also have amazing eyesight and can see colors that humans can’t thanks to specialized cells in their eyes.

📺 Bossk loves watching TV, proving that even reptiles enjoy a little entertainment!

Getting to care for amazing pets like Bossk is one of my favorite parts of being a pet sitter. Every pet has their own unique personality, and I love getting to know each one—whether they have fur, feathers, or scales. ❤️
