Hello everyone,

We just wanted to inform that Dr. Chronister will be out of the office starting Wednesday 10/25 and will be back in Monday the 30th. We will be closing early on Thursday 10/26 at 5pm. We will be in the office to still answer phone calls, schedule appointments and fill prescriptions. If you have a medical emergency please look at our pinned post for a list of emergency rooms in the area. Thank you!!

Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to let everyone know that Dr. Chronister will be out of the office tomorrow, Thursday September 21st and Friday September 22nd. Tomorrow we will be closing at 5pm and Friday we will be closing at 4pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. The technicians/receptionists will be in tomorrow and Friday to do tech appointments as well as fill food and medication prescriptions.

Good Morning all!
Sorry for the late notice, but we will be closing the office today at 5 pm. Dr Chronister will be out of the office today and tomorrow. She will be back in on Monday morning for normal hours.

Next Wednesday, August 9th, the office will be closed! We will give you a reminder at the beginning of the week!
