Sizing details
Chest- find the tip of the breastbone. Measure all the way around with the tape set over the breastbone tip to the back edge of the shoulder/elbow (basically the armpit). Make sure you keep the tape horizontal to the floor while taking this measurement.
Next measurement is from the shoulders to where the tape hit on the side of the shoulder. It also needs to be kept as straight of a line as possible. This is the bridge measurement to make sure the breast strap is attached in the right spot.
And for girth. Use three fingers to find the proper placement by holding your fingers right behind your dogs shoulder (armpit). Where your fingers end is where the strap will sit. The girth is adjustable.
What is your "Made to fit" Guarantee?
I will alter any custom harness purchased one time, for a fully custom fit to your dog. This guarantee is valid for 7 days from expected date of delivery. Pre-made items do not qualify for this guarantee, however alteration service is available (fees listed in FAQ)
How long will my gear take to be made?
Pre-made items are ready to ship and will usually go out in 1-3 business days. Custom gear may take up to two weeks to complete and an extra 1-3 days to ship. This time may be longer if I am under a high work load (up to 4 weeks). If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you with information as soon as possible. If purchasing gear that is sourced out (such as pull straps or harness handles made by someone other than Majestic Dogs), all items will be delayed until the outsourced items are received at your choosing. We will be willing to send gear in multiple shipments if your willing to cover the extra postage. Purchases including outsourced items will be clearly identified.
What if you are out of items to complete my purchase?
Pre made items are in stock until gone. Custom items, you will be notified if I am out of any supplies and expected date of being back in stock.
I don't see what I want, can you still make it?
If none of my items meet what you are looking for, feel free to contact me by email and I will discuss what you are looking for. Please allow up to 24 hours for email responses (mon-fri), up to 72 hours on the weekends.
I am a low income person, do you offer any discounts?
At this time I do not offer discounts. I may at a later date. I also do not donate gear for free, whether you are a program, private individual, or other organization trying to do a fundraiser. This is my job and my income, so unfortunately I cannot accept "exposure" as a form of payment. Thank you for understanding.
You dont accept returns but my item arrived damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or defective and the box is also damaged, please inform me so we can begin filing a report with the shipping company for damage to product during the shipment process. If an item arrives damaged or defective but the box is unharmed, the items will be replaced as part of our quality guarantee. Due to the nature of these products, they can only be returned/replaced if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. All other items follow above guidelines unless otherwise specified on product listing.
My dogs gear doesn't fit anymore?
I will make alterations on any gear provided, including repairs and shipping for a flat rate of $15.00 per time of alteration unless it is part of my "Made to fit Guarantee." Alterations where shipping costs more than $8.00, there will be an additional $5.00 added to shipping in the US.
Shipping outside of the US will be required to be paid by the purchaser in full. Alterations for handlers outside of the US will be $7.00+ the shipping cost.
Alterations include repairing damaged gear or resizing of gear. Please contact me to discuss alterations.
