Wellness, explained mid-bath 🫧

Most of us think of wellness as food, exercise, and vet visits. Routine hygiene is the fourth piece. Skin, coat, ears, nails, and teeth change a little every week, so regular check-ins catch small changes early, not all at once.

A good bath takes care of the coat and skin. But that still leaves out three other very important areas that need attention. Ears, nails, and teeth need regular care, too.

🐾⚖️ First stop: the scale!

As part of our monthly plan, we keep track of weight changes over time because even small changes can be an important part of your dog’s overall health. 💙

Regular weight checks help us keep an eye on their wellness and make sure they’re feeling their best! 🐶✨

How many of us thought walks kept our dogs' nails short? Dogs in the wild never needed a trim. Miles of running, digging, and rough ground did the work for them.

Our dogs have couches, grass, and walks around the block. Not quite the same wear. So walks help, but they don't finish the job. That's why a nail trim is part of every Basic Hygiene visit.

Pet Wellness Month starts now! This month, we'll bust myths, share what happens in the tub, and celebrate lots of very clean dogs.

Trim the fur around your pup's paws to help them walk without that slide across the floor. 🐾 Only adds a few minutes to their Basic Hygiene appointment.
