The Virginia Equine Imaging Team traveled to Meadows Quarter Horses to help get their incredible lineup ready for two of the biggest stages of the year! 🏆

From detailed imaging and diagnostics to helping ensure each horse is feeling and performing at their best, we’re proud to be part of the preparation behind the scenes. It takes an entire team, countless hours, and a whole lot of dedication to get these athletes ready to compete at the highest level.

We’re excited to work alongside the Steve, Becky and the Meadows Quarter Horses team and wish their horses, owners and riders the very best as they head toward the 2026 Quarter Horse Congress and AQHA World Championships! 💪🐴

🐴 Meet our 2026 Sports Medicine Imaging Fellow! 🐎✨

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Emily Robinson to Virginia Equine Imaging!

A 2024 graduate of Long Island University, Emily joins VEI after completing a specialty equine sports medicine internship with the Large Animal Surgery Service at the University of Minnesota.

When she’s not helping keep our equine athletes performing at their best, Emily enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her beloved dog, Griffin. 🐾❤️

We’re thrilled to have Emily (and Griffin) on the VEI team and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes this year!

Proud to support the WVU Equine Studies Program

Our team from Virginia Equine Imaging was excited to hit the road to West Virginia University and the brand new barn at the West Virginia University Equestrian Center. Dr. Jack Caldwell, along with Dr. Emily Robinson, our 2026 Sports Medicine & Imaging Fellow, and Veterinary Assistant Asma Zariba Saadawi spent the day with the excellent WVU Equine Studies students and staff to ensure the horses are ready for another successful year. Here’s to healthy horses, great athletes, and an exciting year ahead. 🏆

With Dr. Caldwell licensed in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland, we’re happy to see your horses where they’re most comfortable.

🥉 Congratulations to the USA Eventing Team on an outstanding Bronze Medal performance at the World Equestrian Games! 🇺🇸

Success on the world stage is built by an incredible team—both in and out of the spotlight. We are especially proud of Virginia Equine Imaging's own Dr. Susan Johns, whose dedication, expertise, and ever-present backpack have become a familiar sight behind the scenes, helping keep these elite equine athletes performing at their very best.

While the medals are won in the arena, they are supported by countless hours of preparation, care, and commitment behind it. Congratulations to the riders, horses, grooms, support staff, and everyone who made this achievement possible.
