Beverly Polo successfully defended its title today, holding off Las Petisas in a one-half-goal finish to claim the 2026 USPA Eastern Challenge.

Established in 1986 and played nearly 30 times throughout its history, the Eastern Challenge has proven to be a difficult title to repeat. Beverly Polo now adds its name to that short list with consecutive wins in 2025 and 2026.

Fall 1 is Saturday, September 12—the first show of our Fall Series and another chance to get in the ring close to home as the Virginia fall calendar gets underway.

Hunters in the Wofford, jumpers in the Grand Prix, and our poles, crossrails + verticals riders in the Indoor. Plus the TCF Hunter Derby is back!

September sits on the seam of two seasons. The summer calendar hasn’t quite let go, but fall is already underway — and in Virginia, fall is when Hunt Country is at its best.

At Beverly, that means the polo field, competition arenas, school program, and show trailers are all working at once. Horses are competing at home and away. School riders are back in the barn. Polo reaches its highest level of the season. And the calendar begins its steady turn toward the Fall Classic and, eventually, winter in Wellington.

It’s a busy month. It’s also one of our favorites.

Another beautiful Sunday fieldside at Beverly as Campbell Polo and Land Rover Chantilly went head-to-head in the Land Rover Chantilly Pro/Am.

Entries are officially open for the Fall Classic - USEF Rated Hunter/Jumper - Plus Ticketed Schooling on Friday, October 3–4—and for the first 20 horses entered, we are making the weekend a little easier.

The first 20 complete entries receive a permanent stall complimentary for the weekend—a $200 value per horse.

It is one more way we are building the Fall Classic around a simple idea: give horses and riders the rated-show experience they want, without adding more time, expense or complication than the competition itself requires.
