Morningside Training Farm is pleased to be host to Morningside Eventing, a premier 3-day Eventing program led by Skyeler Icke Voss. Morningside Eventing, formally Angelica Run Eventing, has been one of the most consistent programs in the country at producing young riders, and also has a strong following of adult amateurs. Not all endings can be a fairytale… after absolutely storming around a big, technical cross country course, Argyle was not feeling 100% this morning. He does not owe anyone anything so we have elected to withdraw him and save his legs for another day! While disappointed that Argyle won’t have a chance to show off in the show jump today, he is happy and healthy and looking forward to the next one!

Another 4* cross country completion in the books for this pair! While the crowds were very impressive to this spooky OTTB, he could not have tried any harder at the fences and was full of run through the finish flags. At 18, it is simply a joy to still have him galloping around tracks like this with so much enthusiasm.

A day off for Argyle included his favorite things - grass, treats, and a long and low ride. He thinks the baths are a bit of an inconvenience though. He’s feeling great and we can’t wait to watch this thoroughbred gallop across the bluegrass at 10:15am ET on Saturday!

Every season is filled with highs, lows, and everything in between but the one constant is our love for this sport, these horses, and this team. 🩵❤️🖤

We are still reflecting on all that was accomplished this year, and this month in particular, we want to give a heartfelt thank you to our family including the sponsors and clients. We couldn’t do what we love without you!

The annual Morningside Polo Match to end the season was another success! We had come from near and far to join the fun. We are so thankful for this amazing community we have and looking forward to more fun to come!
