Meet Reacher. He’s a 1 year old Great Dane, well over 100 pounds, and today is Day 1 of his 8-day board and train.

One of our biggest goals is teaching him that pulling doesn’t get him where he wants to go. The fastest way to stop a dog from pulling is to STOP moving!! Forward motion is the reward. When Reacher gets ahead of me, I either stop or turn and walk the other way.

Forget the destination. Make it a lesson instead of a walk.

You can already see the light bulb starting to come on in real time! 🤙🏾🤙🏾
