🚨 CELESTE RIVAS HERNANDEZ’S FAMILY CALLS DEATH PENALTY “PERFECT” IF D4VD IS CONVICTED ⚖️

Just one day before Celeste would have turned 16, her family made a powerful statement about the punishment they believe would be appropriate if rapper D4vd is found guilty.

“If the death penalty were activated, it would be perfect,” the family said, while acknowledging that the decision ultimately rests with the California justice system.

D4vd, 21, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has been charged with Celeste’s murder and faces additional serious charges. Prosecutors allege the teen was killed after threatening to expose an alleged relationship.

⚠️ The allegations have not been proven in court, and Burke is presumed innocent unless convicted.

The case is now heading toward trial, with prosecutors still deciding whether to seek the death penalty.

After more than 17 hours, jurors deciding Lindsay Clancy’s fate told the judge they could not reach a unanimous verdict — but they were sent back to continue deliberations. 😰

Patrick Clancy spent two days describing his life with Lindsay and their three children — and the dramatic changes he witnessed before the January 2023 tragedy.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 He described Lindsay as a dedicated mother who loved Cora, Dawson and Callan, while also struggling with severe anxiety, insomnia, depression and intrusive thoughts.

🧠 Patrick said Lindsay’s condition worsened in late 2022, but appeared to improve after treatment at a psychiatric facility. He testified that he was hopeful she was getting better.

📱 Lindsay Clancy’s Phone Notes Reveal a Troubling Decline Before Her Children’s Deaths

Disturbing notes recovered from Lindsay Clancy’s phone offer a glimpse into her worsening mental health before the deaths of her three children. 💔

One note, edited just one day before the killings, began: “Medication stole my motherhood and my life.” Clancy described struggling with postpartum anxiety, depression, severe insomnia and the effects of multiple medications.

🧠 In other entries, she wrote about feeling disconnected from her youngest child, Callan, and desperately wanting to feel happy again. She also described becoming increasingly overwhelmed and paranoid.

⚠️ Her phone contained searches about psychosis, hallucinations, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and su***de. Prosecutors also highlighted a search made just four days before the killings: “Can you treat a sociopath?”

The defense argues the notes show a mother experiencing a devastating psychiatric breakdown. Prosecutors, however, say the evidence does not prove she was psychotic when she killed her children.

Now, jurors must decide whether Clancy was suffering from a severe mental illness that made her not criminally responsible for the deaths. ⚖️

🚨 BREAKING: Psychologist Challenges Lindsay Clancy’s Hallucination Claim ⚖️

Dr. Kirk Heilbrun testified that Lindsay Clancy’s claim of hearing a male voice ordering her to kill her children was “very, very unusual.” 🧠 He said she never reported hearing the voice before or after the killings and suggested it may have been an intrusive thought rather than a true command hallucination.

💔 The defense argues Clancy was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis and could not understand that her actions were wrong. Prosecutors say she remained capable of understanding right from wrong.

⚠️ The courtroom also erupted after Heilbrun mentioned Clancy’s Catholic upbringing. Her attorney requested a mistrial, but Judge William Sullivan rejected the request and ordered jurors to disregard the religious comments.
