Our hospital accepts CareCredit as a form of payment. In order to use CareCredit please note:

- The primary cardholder MUST be present — we cannot process CareCredit over the phone.
- A valid driver’s license is required to use the card.
- If you’re not the primary cardholder, your name MUST be listed on the CareCredit account. The primary cardholder can add you.

We know these rules can be frustrating, but they’re required by CareCredit. Please be patient and kind to our staff as they help you.
