Valeria is one of those people who does SO much for everyone around her, and honestly, we probably don’t tell her enough how much we appreciate her. She has the biggest heart, the best customer service, and approaches every person and pet with so much empathy and compassion. She’s funny, charismatic, hardworking, and truly such an important part of our team. 🥹❤️
And of course, we can always tell when Valeria is at work because we can hear that laugh from just about anywhere! 😂 Her laugh is completely contagious and unmistakably hers.
Valeria, thank you for everything you do for us and for always showing up with so much heart. We are SO lucky to have you and hope you know just how appreciated you are! 🥰

🐾 Small changes. Big clues.

Our pets can’t always tell us when something doesn’t feel right, and sometimes the earliest signs can be easy to overlook.

A change in appetite, energy, behavior, movement, bathroom habits, grooming, or overall appearance may be your pet’s way of telling you that something is different. ❤️

The key is knowing your pet’s normal. If you notice a change that persists, gets worse, or simply makes you think, “That’s not like them,” it’s worth checking in with your veterinary team.

Emily is not only a wonderful receptionist, but also the creative force behind so many of our social media posts! Over the past year especially, we’ve had so much fun filming videos together, and it has brought our team even closer. There have been plenty of laughs, funny moments, and memories made along the way!

Emily is incredibly hardworking, passionate, smart, and is always willing to go above and beyond for our clients. She brings so much dedication to everything she takes on and always comes to work with a positive attitude that makes our team a better place to be.

Today we’re celebrating 5 wonderful years with Julie!

Julie is truly such a sweetheart and an absolute cat lover! As a veterinary nurse, she is incredibly smart and informative, and she genuinely wants to help every patient in her care feel their very best.

We are so grateful for all the hard work, kindness, and heart Julie brings to our team every day. Her love for animals shines through in everything she does!

Today we’re celebrating 4 amazing years with Dr. Lee!

Dr. Lee is truly a brilliant doctor, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of our team. It has been such a pleasure getting to know her over the years, and we absolutely love her wonderful sense of humor!

She brings so much knowledge and dedication to everything she does. She is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to answer questions, making sure our clients have all the information they need to make the best decisions for their pets.

Thank you, Dr. Lee, for your expertise, compassion, hard work, and all the laughs along the way. We appreciate you more than you know and are so grateful to have you on our team!

We wanted to share a quick update from Dr. D regarding our phone system.

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the continued phone outage. We know how incredibly frustrating and inconvenient this has been, especially with it lasting longer than anyone anticipated.

Please know that we are struggling with this as well. We care deeply about being there for you and your pets, and it’s been frustrating not being able to communicate and help our clients the way we normally do. Our entire team wants nothing more than to get your pets seen, cared for, and feeling their best.

We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate these unexpected challenges.
