Hi Friends and Goldendoodle Lovers!

Over the past several weeks, I’ve been putting together The Doodle Resource Library—a growing collection of short, easy-to-read booklets covering topics such as Goldendoodle history, genetics and health, coat and color genetics, temperament, and puppy health and safety.

Whether you’re beginning your search for a Goldendoodle, preparing to bring home a new puppy, or simply curious about the thought and science behind responsible breeding, I hope these resources make some of the more complicated topics a little easier to understand.

Over the next week, I’ll be sharing a direct link to one booklet each day so you can read each one at your own pace. You can also find the complete collection in The Doodle Resource Library on our website (www.misscindysdoodles.com).

Genetic Testing & Health Clearances

I’ve been working on something new and I’m so happy to share The Doodle Resource Library. 🐾

This little library is for anyone who wants to learn more—whether you’re curious about the science behind thoughtful breeding, gathering information as you search for the right puppy, or a new puppy family wanting to better understand the puppy you’ve welcomed into your life.

The first three presentations are Goldendoodle Color Genetics, Goldendoodle Coat Types & Genetics, and Goldendoodle Genetics & Health. They’re meant to be friendly, introductory guides rather than in-depth scientific resources—just enough information to make some of these sometimes-confusing topics easier to understand.

Creating a resource library is another way to share some of the “why” behind our program and help make genetics, coat traits, and health testing feel a little less complicated.

Stay tuned... I’ll be adding more resources over time, including presentations on preparing for a new puppy, choosing the puppy that may be the best fit for your family, and when it might make sense to add a second puppy.

I hope The Doodle Resource Library becomes a helpful place to learn, explore, and feel a little more confident as you begin—or continue—your Goldendoodle journey. 💕

Our darling Annabella (Annie) has successfully completed all of the health testing and clinical clearances to meet the Goldendoodle Association of North America's Gold level requirements for breeding dogs.

Annie has the most adorable personality. She gets along beautifully with everyone - dogs and humans (including children) alike. While Annie is happy to play with the pack, her favorite thing to do is cuddle up with her human (and that human is Miss Cindy!). Her overall temperament is gentle, loving, and mellow. Bright and eager to please, Annie has been a pure delight to raise and keep with us as member of our family.

We plan to breed Annie in October (Mother Nature willing) and are very excited about this girl's future with us!
