Just a quick little reminder for everyone as we continue getting used to my updated grooming prices! 😊

The new pricing has now been in effect for about 3½ weeks, but I’m still occasionally receiving payments based on the old pricing. I completely understand that after years of doing things the same way, it’s easy to automatically reach for that familiar number!

That said, because I don’t always catch an incorrect total until after a client has left, I’m asking everyone to please take a quick moment to double-check your total before submitting payment. This is especially helpful for those paying by check, cash, or Venmo.

The updated pricing was announced a month in advance, so I know everyone has had a little time to get accustomed to the changes — but I also know habits are hard to break! 😂

I really appreciate everyone helping me make this transition a smooth one. ❤️ My goal is simply to make sure payments match the current grooming price so I’m not having to track down small balances after the fact.

Thank you for understanding and for taking that extra few seconds to verify your total before paying! 🐾💕
